Grow with Next PRIVACY
This page clearly explains what information Next’s public site receives today, why we use it, and how we protect families.
PUBLIC SITE · UPDATED SEPTEMBER 3, 2026WHAT WE RECEIVE TODAY
The site has four active flows. Each asks only for the information needed to handle that intent and does not yet create a complete athlete profile.
Allowing editorial contact does not automatically authorize image use or publication. Those permissions are requested separately.
THE LINE WE DO NOT CROSS
Next does not sell personal data or use sensitive information for advertising. Contact between organizations, institutions, or brands and a minor must go through the guardian or Next.
See our trust principlesCLEAR PURPOSE
We do not turn consent for one purpose into permission for every use.
Contact the adult about future access stages when they agreed to receive those communications.
Learn what support, guidance, or benefits would provide real value to families.
Evaluate Next News proposals and contact the responsible adult if we need more information.
Keep conversations involving minors under the responsible adult’s control.
WHERE DATA IS PROCESSED
Submissions are stored in a restricted Cloudflare D1 database and synchronized with HubSpot CRM so they can be assigned to the responsible team and followed up.
Operational providers: Cloudflare for hosting and storage; HubSpot for relationship management. Access is limited to the team that needs to handle each request.
OPTIONAL MEASUREMENT
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, navigation, video plays, and how many people complete important actions. This measurement helps us improve the site.
Provider: Google Analytics. Google may process technical data under its own terms and privacy policy.
